Victor started with one boat at the Cabo San Lucas marina in 2004. Today Victor Jr, Andy and Max run Top Anglers with him, and every booking still goes through one of us.
Our captains compete at the highest level: Victor captained a team that placed first on two of three days at the 33rd CIPS-M Big Game World Championship, and the crew of our 45' CABO Express won a prize at the 2025 Bisbee's Black & Blue.

When is the best time to fish in Cabo San Lucas?
Cabo fishes year-round. Striped marlin peak from October through May, blue marlin from July through November, black marlin in August and September, yellowfin tuna from June through November, dorado from August through November (with good winter fishing too), sailfish from August through October and wahoo in November and December. Roosterfish and other inshore species are caught all year, with a peak from May through July.
Do I need a fishing license?
Yes. In Cabo, everyone aboard aged 12 and older needs a Mexican fishing license, even if they are not fishing. Every price on this site already includes one license; each additional license is added at $29 when you book. Kids under 12 don't need one. We handle the paperwork.
What's included?
Boat, captain and crew, all tackle, bait (live when available), ice, bottled water, one fishing license, dock fees and taxes. You can add lunch, drinks, beer and extra bait when you book.
How do I book?
Choose a boat and date on our booking page and send your request. Our team confirms availability, then emails you a secure link to pay a 50% deposit online. The balance is paid at the dock. You can also WhatsApp or call us.
